Newshore and Renacen have signed a strategic agreement whereby, newshore_booking, the LCC industry's leading digital retailing solution, will incorporate the 3D virtual reality capabilities of the Crystal Cabin Award and German Design Award winner technology 3D SeatMapVR.
“newshore_booking is designed for a demanding customer, who wants to customize the product they offer, and 3D SeatMapVR increases the value of our solution because it allows customers to preview the value of what they buy, in this case, the booked seat" said Roger Solé, Newshore’s Manager.
Our clients have reported huge increases in the sale of ancilliaries, not only in short-haul flights but also and especially in long-haul, where pre-visualizing the seat is highly appreciated and boosts upgrades. Other indicators, such as brand engagement or booking flow drop-out have also improved significantly.
