Baggage on Newshore flights
There is no free baggage allowance on Newshore flights for non-refundable tickets. Baggage should be paid separately at established rates.
If you are traveling with baggage, pay attention to the “Advantageous” and “Refundable” fare bundles. They already include baggage and seat selection. This is more profitable than booking these options separately.
How to book baggage?
During tickets booking flow, the system will offer you two options: one baggage piece up to 10 kg or up to 20 kg. Each variant must be paid separately and baggage is not cumulative. In example:
- if you buy 1 piece of baggage up to 20 kg, you allowed to take only 1 suitcase. But you can’t pack your items in several bags;
- if you buy 2 pieces up to 10 kg, then the weight of each piece / bag should not exceed 10 kg. You can’t carry 13 kg in one suitcase and 7 kg in another.
What size of suitcase is allowed?
Up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions. How to check it? Measure the length, width and height of your suitcase and sum up these values.
How to pay for baggage?
The most profitable way – to pay for baggage on the website or the mobile application. It’s possible no later than 4 hours before departure. Attention: you can add baggage to your booking only before check-in.
Baggage service is more expensive at the airport.
How to transport a stroller?
Baby strollers and cradles (while transporting a child), crutches and wheelchairs (for clients with limited mobility) may be carried in baggage free of charge.
How much do you charge for oversized baggage?
For each kilogram of overweight (up to 3 kg):
- 500 rubles at the airports of the Russian Federation
- 10 euros at foreign airports
How much do you charge for excess 4-9 kg?
- 3000 rubles at the airports of the Russian Federation
- 45 euros at foreign airports
How to carry sports equipment in baggage?
You can carry sports equipment (for example, long fishing rods, golf clubs, bicycles, scooters, fencing accessories, surfboards, bodyboards, snowboards, skis) for an additional fee. You can pay for such baggage via ns-booking-test.newshore.es, call center or at the airport ticket offices.
Each client may transport:

How to carry oversized baggage?
Oversized baggage – baggage with dimensions exceeding 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length + width + height). The maximum weight of one piece of oversized baggage is 32 kg. Oversized baggage should be paid apart according to the airline fares at the check-in desk of the airport.
How to transport transfer baggage?
You can check your baggage right to your final destination:
- If you fly from Russian airports abroad (in case you have no goods for declaration in your baggage).
- If you fly from the following foreign airports through Vnukovo Airport: Girona, Bergamo, Bratislava, Pisa, Cologne, Memmingen, Larnaca, Tivat, Karlovy Vary, Baden-Baden, Varna, Istanbul, Alanya, Antalya.
In other cases, you need to collect baggage at the transit airport, proceed customs control and re-check baggage at the check-in desk.

The rules for the transport of liquids and other types of dangerous Baggage are defined in Appendix 3.
What should I do if baggage has been lost or damaged?
Without leaving the baggage claim room, contact the “Lost Baggage” or “Baggage Claims” desk. There you will need to fill out an act of lost or damaged baggage. After filling out all the papers you will be assigned the application number and tell you what to do next.
