Rules for applying non-refundable fares

1. Information on non-refundable fares, including "Basic" and "Advantageous" package offers

   1. The fare application rules apply only to carriages on flights operated by Newshore airline.

   2. Booking tickets that do not stipulate the condition of returning the fare paid under the air transportation agreement upon termination of the passenger air transportation agreement (tickets with non-refundable fares) is possible through any booking channels, including on Web site ns-booking-test.newshore.es.

   3. The airlines fare application rules regulate one-way air fares. Fares may be combined to build roundtrip air transportation types.

   4. Newshore Airlines does not provide the connection of its own flights (transfer transportation) if there is a separate transportation document for each flight. Transfer transportation of passengers and baggage requires one transportation document.

   5. The fare application rules cover flights to be performed until December 31, 2019.

   6. Ticketing with an open date of departure is not allowed.

   7. A passenger has the right to carry with himself or herself one child under the age of 2 years without providing the child with a separate seat in the aircraft cabin. On international flights, a fee (a reduced fare) for transporting a baby without providing a seat in the aircraft cabin in the amount stipulated by the terms of the applicable fare is applied.

   8. Special conditions: in case of providing a separate seat in the cabin for a child under 2 years old, the discounted fare shall not apply.

   9. Special conditions: there is no discounted fare for the transportation of children from 2 to 12 years old.

2. Making changes to the booking

   Voluntary changes to the air transportation agreement are not allowed except for the following changes:

   1. Changing the passengers name (last name), no later than 4 (four) hours before the departure time according to the schedule indicated in the ticket, is possible through the Manage my booking on ns-booking-test.newshore.es website or via the call center of the airline, as well as, no less than 40 (forty) minutes before the departure time according to the schedule, through the airport ticket office. Changes to the passengers air transportation agreement related to changing name (last name) are subject to an additional fee in the form and amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.

   2. Date, time of flight and/or route may be changed for an additional fee no later than 48 (forty eight) hours before the departure time according to the schedule through the call center of the airline or on the website. In the event that the new fare is higher than the fare at which the ticket was originally purchased, the difference shall be paid by the passenger in full.

   3. Ordering an additional service by the passenger no later than 4 (four) hours before the departure time according to the schedule indicated in the ticket is possible through the Manage my booking on ns-booking-test.newshore.es website or via the call center of the airline, as well as, no less than 40 (forty) minutes before the departure time according to the schedule, through the airport ticket office. Changes to the passengers air transportation agreement related to the ordering by the passenger of an additional service are subject to additional fees in the form and amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.

   4. The fee for changing the date or time of departure and/or the route is 5,000 rubles for 1 passenger for 1 segment.

   5. The fee for changing the name of the passenger in the booking is 5,000 rubles for 1 passenger.

3. Refunds

   1. In the event of a passengers voluntary refusal of air transportation, no refund will be made for the purchased ticket.

   2. If a passenger did not use the transportation on any section (segment) of the transportation route and did not notify the airline of the refusal of the air transportation, the airline's booking system automatically cancels the subsequent sections (segments) of the route.

      A passengers refusal of transportation in any section (segment) of the transportation route is carried out in the manner provided for the voluntary amendment of the terms of the passenger transportation agreement within the validity period of the transportation obligation. Changes can be made through the call center of the airline (for any of the passengers) or through the Manage my booking on ns-booking-test.newshore.es website (simultaneously for all passengers indicated in the booking).

      Changes to the passengers air transportation agreement related to the cancellation of transportation route sections (segments) are subject to additional fees in the form and amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.

   3. If a passengers notification of the refusal of air transportation is received after the end of the passengers check-in time for the flight indicated in the ticket, or if such a notification is not received, the fare paid for the air transportation shall not be returned to the passenger.

4. List and amounts of additional fees and services

   The list and amounts of additional services and airline fees are published on ns-booking-test.newshore.es in the Fares and Fees section.

Fare Policy for Refundable Fares

1. Information about fares ("Refundable" package offer).

   1. The fare application rules apply only to carriages on flights operated by Newshore airline.

   2. "Refundable" package fare provides for a condition of the refund of the fare paid under the air transportation agreement upon termination of the passenger air transportation agreement (tickets with refundable fares).

   3. The Newshore airlines fare application rules regulate one-way air fares. Fares may be combined to build roundtrip air transportation types, but only between the same pair of cities.

   4. Newshore Airlines does not provide the connection of its own flights (transfer transportation) if there is a separate transportation document for each flight. Transfer transportation of passengers and baggage requires one transportation document.

   5. The fare application rules cover flights to be performed until December 31, 2019.

   6. Ticketing with an open date of departure is not allowed.

   7. A passenger has the right to carry with himself or herself one child under the age of 2 years without providing the child with a separate seat in the aircraft cabin. On international flights, a fee (a reduced fare) for transporting a baby without providing a seat in the aircraft cabin in the amount stipulated by the terms of the applicable fare is applied.

   8. Special conditions: in case of providing a separate seat in the cabin for a child under 2 years old, the discounted fare shall not apply.

   9. Special conditions: there is no discounted fare for the transportation of children from 2 to 12 years old.

2. Making changes to the booking

   1. A one-time change of the date or time of departure and/or transportation route for Refundable package fare is made no later than 48 (forty eight) hours before the departure time of the flight according to the schedule through the airlines call center or user account on the website free of charge, provided that the changes made affect no more than 1 flight segment. Further changes are subject to the payment of a fee of 2,300 rubles for 1 passenger for each flight segment.

      Changing the passengers name and/or last name, no later than 4 hours before the departure time according to the schedule indicated in the ticket, is possible through the user account on ns-booking-test.newshore.es website or via the call center of the airline, as well as, no later than 40 minutes before the departure time according to the schedule, through the airport ticket office. Changes to the passengers air transportation agreement related to changing name and/or last name are subject to an additional fee in the form and amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.

   2. The fee for changing the name of the passenger in the booking is 5,000 rubles for 1 passenger for each flight segment.

   3. The fee for booking cancellation is 2,300 rubles for 1 passenger for each flight segment.

3. Refunds

   1. If a passenger refuses the air transportation more than 24 hours before the end of check-in for the flight indicated in the ticket, the fare component of the ticket price is refunded in full, and a fee is charged for the cancellation operations, making calculations of the refundable amounts and the registration of the return of funds in the amount of 2,300 rubles for each passenger for each flight segment.

   2. If a passenger refuses the air transportation less than 24 hours before the end of check-in for the flight indicated in the ticket, a penalty of 25% of the fare, expenses actually incurred by the airline in connection with the execution of the passenger air transportation agreement, as well as the payment for the operations on the cancellation of the booking, making calculations of the refundable amounts and the registration of the return of the funds in the amount of 2,300 rubles for each passenger for each flight segment, shall be withheld.

   3. If a passengers notification of the refusal of air transportation is received after the end of the passengers check-in time for the flight indicated in the ticket, or if such a notification is not received, the fare paid for the air transportation shall not be returned to the passenger.

   4. If a passenger did not use the transportation on any section (segment) of the transportation route and did not notify the airline of the refusal of the air transportation, the airline's booking system automatically cancels the subsequent sections (segments) of the route. Grounds - clause 27 of the Federal Aviation Regulations "General Rules for Air Transportation, Baggage, Cargo and the Requirements for Servicing Passengers, Shippers, and Consignees."

      A passengers refusal of transportation in any section (segment) of the transportation route is carried out in the manner provided for the voluntary amendment of the terms of the passenger transportation agreement within the validity period of the transportation obligation. Changes can be made through the call center of the airline (for any passenger) or through the user account on ns-booking-test.newshore.es website (simultaneously for all passengers indicated in the booking).

      Changes to the passengers air transportation agreement related to the cancellation of transportation route segments are subject to additional fees in the form and amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.
