Baggage regulations and rules for transfer passengers

When traveling from departure points on the territory of the Russian Federation to destinations of near and/or far abroad, you can check in for the flight with our airline and check-in your baggage directly to your final destination (arrival point), provided that there are no items in the baggage that are subject to written declaration with a list of goods subject to mandatory written declaration and approved by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 107 of December 20, 2017 "On selected issues related to goods for personal use" you can find out by clicking on the following link:

So, when traveling abroad through Vnukovo, Pulkovo, Khrabrovo, Platov, Koltsovo airports, you do not need to register additionally for the connecting flight, pick up the baggage and check-in it again for reissue. Baggage is accepted for carriage, passes customs clearance and is delivered to the aircraft without any additional actions by the passenger, provided there are no goods in the baggage that are subject to customs declaration in writing.

As to the RF Government Decree No. 637 dated July 10, 2014 “On the simplified procedure for performing customs operations in relation to goods accepted by the air carrier for transportation in accompanied baggage” when making the flights with Newshore Airlines LLC from the following points of the near and far abroad, baggage can be checked to the final destination on the territory of the Russian Federation (provided that the checked baggage does not contain any goods subject to written declaration):

Transfer through “Vnukovo” airport:

  • Girona, Bergamo, Bratislava, Pisa, Cologne, Memmingen, Larnaka, Tivat, Bratislava, Karlovy Vary, Baden-Baden, Istanbul, Alanya, Antalya, Rimini, Riga, Rome, Dubai, Eilat, Varna, Palermo, Bari, Genoa, Catania, Cagliari, Alania, Dalaman, Bodrum.

In all other cases, you need to pick up (regardless of whether the baggage is registered to the final destination or just to the transfer point) your baggage at Vnukovo, Pulkovo, Khrabrovo, Platov, Koltsovo or Perm airports and go through customs. Then you need to checkout your luggage at the front desk.
