Procedure of rendering services at Vnukovo Airport

Passengers are admitted to servicing with their boarding card for visiting the business lounge at hand not earlier than 2 hours before departure. They can stay in the lounge for 3 hours maximum. Passengers must leave the business lounge at least 30 minutes before the flight departure.

In case of any flight delay, should it be necessary to extend the stay in the business lounge, the passengers should pay for the services directly at the reception desk of the business lounge in accordance with the rates applied.

Services in the Moscow airport Vnukovo are provided every day and all the day round.

Passengers have to check-in for the flight at the general desks located on the 2nd floor of Terminal A.

Passengers have to register their luggage for the flight at the general check-in desks, located on the 2nd floor of Terminal A.

A passenger shall be held personally liable for timely arrival for the flight. The boarding closes 20 minutes before departure.
