Pet in Cabin

Animals are not permitted on board with the exception of guide dogs and emotional pets (dogs and cats within a maximum weight of 33lbs) in the cabin.

Acceptance of guide dogs and emotional pets are subject to the following requirements:

• We don't accept any other animals except cats and dogs in the cabin
• At least 48 hours prior to the departure inform our team and provide via E-mail the required official documents (doctor certificate, vaccination certificate, animal passport)
• The dog of more than 6kg/13.2 lbs not carried in a kennel must wear a muzzle
• Limited to 4 guide dogs or emotional pets per flight

La Compagnie will refuse boarding of the passenger and the animal if these requirements are not fulfilled.

Please note that due to our cabin configuration in case you travel with a dog, you will not be able to benefit from the full recline of your lie-flat seat.
